Rikard Wærø - founder and CEO.

Before he started Create Innovation in 2007, Rikard worked with the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo and for the Research Council of Norway. The mix of consulting experience and innovation expertise from the Research council gives a unique perspective on the innovation challenges facing our clients.

Rikard holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Rikard's motivation for starting Create is to make an impact for our customers and to have fun doing it. His ambition is for Create to have a global presence, with a strong staff of motivated and competent employees.

Board
Nina E. Fosen - board member.

Nina is currently a Manager in a leading Norwegian company who provides services, products and technologies to the global upstream oil and gas industry. She used her Engineering degree from NTNU in 1992 to start her career in the oil and gas industry. She left in 2001 to work in consulting with Terramar for five years with focus on project- and change management, before joining the Research Council for a brief spell in 2006. Her tenure in the Research Council was cut short by an exciting offer from some of her previous colleagues in the oil and gas industry. Nina's industry experience and strong project management competence are valuable resources for Create.
